ارایه چارچوبی جهت سنجش ارزش بلندمدت مشتریان در فرآیند مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری
هدف مقاله ارائه الگویی جامع برای محاسبه ارزش بلند مدت مشتری است . مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری (CRM) ابزاری کارآمد برای به دست آوردن، نگهداری و افزایش رضایت مندی مشتریان در صنایع رقابتی می باشد. یکی از مهم ترین ابزارها در جهت رسیدن به مدیریت ارتباط به مشتری سودآور، محاسبه ارزش بلند مدت مشتری است که باعث می شود سازمان بیشترین تلاش خود را برای حفظ مشتریان با سودآوری بیشتر متمرکز کند. ارزش بلند مدت مشتری مقدار ارزشی است که انتظار میرود یک مشتری در یک افق زمانی معین برای سازمان به همراه داشته باشد که بدون شک این ارزش با میزان منفعتی که از این دسته از مشتریان عاید شرکت میشود ارتباط مستقیم دارد. در این مقاله مدلی برای محاسبهی ارزش بلندمدت مشتری ارائه شده است که میتوان به وسیلهی آن مشتریان را به ترتیب سودآور و غیر سودآور بخشبندی کرد و عوامل موثر در محاسبه ارزش بلند مدت مشتری بیان شده است که مهمترین عناوین عبارت است از: نرخ ریزش مشتریان ، ذخایر قانونی ، حاشیه سود ، نرخ تنزیل ، هزینه های مستقیم و غیر مستقیم حساب ها که این عوامل به صورت متغیرهای ریاضی در الگو ارائه شده است و در پایان این مقاله سعی شده است با استفاده از اطلاعات به دست آمده از صورت های مالی بانک مسکن ایران و استفاده از اطلاعات مدیران ضرورت محاسبه ارزش بلند مدت مشتری را در ارتباط با مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری در عرصه بانکداری بیان کنیم .

آمیزه عملکرد بازاریابی موسسات آموزشهای زیربنایی در توسعه خدمات
بدون شک بازاریابی در دنیای امروز از ضروریات تمام سازمانهایی است که درگیر رقابت با سایر شرکتها هستند. در این میان استراتژیهای بازاریابی مانند آمیزه عملکرد نقشی مهم دارند. در این راستا، پس از شناسایی عوامل و شاخصهای آمیزه بازاریابی خدمات برای موسسات آموزشهای زیربنایی و بررسی میزان اثر هریک از این عوامل بر عملکرد این سازمانها مدلی مناسب در سازمانهای غیرانتفاعی ارائه شد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- پیمایشی میباشد و از پرسشنامه به منظور جمعآوری دادههای مورد نیاز استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را اولیاء دانشآموزان مدارس غیرانتفاعی شهرستان یزد تشکیل میدهد. در این مقاله به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل تحلیل دادهها و مدلسازی از نرمافزارهای AMOS و SPSS استفاده شده است. براساس نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، مشخص شد که تمامی عوامل هفتگانه آمیخته بازاریابی خدمات بر عملکرد سازمانهای غیرانتفاعی اثر معنا داری دارند،که عاملهای فرآیند، شواهد فیزیکی، خدمت و کارکنان در اولویت بالاتر و عاملهای فعالیتهای پیشبردی، قیمت و مکان از نظر اثرگذاری در اولویت پایینتری قرارداشتهاند.

بخشبندی و شناسایی ویژگیهای مصرفکنندگان در یک محیط چند کانالی با استفاده از ترکیب روش نقشههای خودسازمانده و رگرسیون لجستیک
با ظهور تجارت الکترونیک به وسیله اینترنت، خرده فروشی چند کانالی[1] پارادایم مسلط بر دنیای کسب و کار گردید. رسانههای جدیدی بیرون آمدند و مجموعه توسعه یافتهای از انواع کانال برای شرکتها و مصرف کنندگان پدید آمد. مشتریان، تجربه کانال خود را از فروشگاههای سنتی خرید و فروش توسعه داده و اکنون برای آنان بسیار عادی است که از طریق فروشگاههای آنلاین، کاتالوگ، خود پردازهای خودکار[2] مراکز تماس[3] و...خرید کنند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بخشبندی مصرف کنندگان با توجه به گرایش آنها به کانالهای مختلف در فازهای جستجوی اطلاعات و خرید و همچنین تبیین عوامل تعیین کننده عضویت آنها در هر بخش میباشد. در این پژوهش عوامل جمعیت شناختی و روانشناختی توام با هم به کار گرفته شده است. بدین منظور دادههای مورد نیاز از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه بین 800 نفر از مصرفکنندگان در کلان شهر تهران جمعآوری شد. از ترکیب روش نقشههای خود سازمان دهنده و رگرسیون لجستیک جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای گردآوری شده استفاده گردید. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که میتوان مصرفکنندگان را بر پایه گرایش آنها به کانالهای مختلف در 4 بخش شامل مصرفکنندگان چندکانالی، سنتی، بیتفاوت و جستجوگرا جای داد. نتایج، نشان دهنده وجود یک بخش مصرف کننده چند کانالی با 88/23 درصد از پاسخگویان است. یافتههای دیگر پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرهای اجتماعی – جمعیت شناختی جنسیت، سن، شغل و درآمد و متغیرهای روانشناختی نوپذیری، حساس به کیفیت، ریسکگریزی، فشار زمانی و انگیزه تایید در احتمال عضویت مصرف کنندگان در بخشهای مختلف نقش تعیین کنندهای دارند. شبکههای اجتماعی به عنوان شکل نوینی از اجتماعات پرطرفدار و پرکاربرد، خصوصاً در میان ایرانیان، به عنوان مکانی برای تبادل نظرات، علایق و ترجیحات شخصی با دوستان محسوب میشوند و کارکردی دو سویه دارند: از یک طرف برای صاحبان برندها این امکان را فراهم میکنند که بتوانند به بیشترین تعداد از مشتریان (بالقوه و یا بالفعل) خود دست یابند و از طرف دیگر کاربران نیز فعالانهتر در این عرصه حاضر شده و با مشارکت در تبلیغات توصیهای الکترونیک، به بیان نظرات، تجربیات و علاقهمندیهای خود بپردازند و نقشی پررنگ در انتخاب آگاهانه یخود و دیگران ایفا کنند. هدف این پژوهش یافتن ارتباطی منطقی میان و فاداری به کالاها و خدمات از یکسو و مشارکت در تبلیغات توصیهای الکترونیک و هویتیابی افراد از طریق برندهای خاص (برند آدیداس در تحقیق حاضر) از سوی دیگر است. مدل ارائه شده در تحقیق به تبیین همین فرآیند میپردازد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که یک ارتباط مثبت و معنادار میان وفاداری به برند و مشارکت در تبلیغات توصیهای الکترونیک و هم چنین هویتیابی از طریق برند وجود دارد.

دارایی موزون بانکها بر حسب ریسک و بازده مقطعی سهام
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی احتساب ریسک داراییهای موزون بر حسب ریسک (RWA) توسط سرمایهگذاران از طریق آزمون تاثیر RWA بر ریسک و بازده سهام بانکها است. برای این منظور نمونهای متشکل از 17 بانک پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای 1381 تا 1390 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به دلیل کمی مشاهدات قابل دسترس، جهت آزمون رابطه داراییهای موزون بر حسب ریسک با بازده و ریسک سهام بانکها از رگرسیون دادههای تابلویی استفاده گردیده است. نتایج حاصله موید تاثیر معکوس دارایی موزون بر حسب ریسک بر بازده سهام بانکها است. همچنین، اثر مستقیم RWA بر معیارهای ریسک سهام بانک شامل نوسانات بازده و بتا نیز تایید گردید.

مدل سنجش انتظارات مشتریان صنعت بانکداری برمبنای ادراک آنان
موضوع وفاداری مشتریان یکی از موضوعات چالشی در حوزه بازاریابی است که همواره مد نظر صاحبنظران و مدیران اجرایی میباشد. از آن جا که حفظ و نگهداشت مشتریان به چگونگی برآورده شدن انتظارات آنان از سوی شرکتها بستگی دارد، سنجش دقیق انتظارات مشتریان امری ضروری و در خور توجه است. بر این اساس، هدف این مقاله، توسعه ابزاری استاندارد جهت اندازه گیری انتظارات مشتری برای صنعت بانکداری میباشد. در این راستا ابتدا با انجام تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، عوامل مکنون سازه انتظارات مشتری استخراج گردید. سپس برای تعیین اعتبار مدل اکتشاف شده با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی به بررسی شاخصهای برازندگی پرداخته شد. نتایج به دست آمده، پنج عامل اصلی و شانزده سنجه مرتبط به آن را برای اندازهگیری انتظارات مشتری در حوزه بانکداری شناسایی نموده است. عوامل اصلی سازه انتظارات مشتری در حوزه بانکداری شامل حرفهای بودن، خدمات با کیفیت، اخلاق حرفه ای، گسترش خدمت رسانی و تعامل مطلوب بین فردی میباشد.

نقش ارزش برند مبتنی بر مشتری در تاثیر تبلیغات بر پاسخ مصرف کننده
ارزش نام تجاری در دنیاری بازاریابی بر هیج کس پوشیده نیست، یک برند قوی میتواند ارزشی بیش از ارزش معمول برای سازمان ایجاد کند. این موضوع در صنعت توریسم و گردشگردی از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار میباشد و سازمان های امروزی را به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای ارزش نام تجاری خود در ذهن مشتریان ترغیب مینماید. تبلیغات نیز یکی از موضوعاتی است که امروزه تمام مردم جهان حتی در دورترین نقاط با آن در ارتباط هستند و از آن تاثیر میپذیرند. پژوهش حاضر بدنبال طراحی چارچوبی نظاممند در خصوص مفاهیم ارزش برند، و ابعاد آن، تبلیغات و پاسخ مصرف کننده در دفاتر گردشگری و مسافرتی شهر تهران بوده و از این طریق سعی دارد تا در گسترش مرزهای دانش موجود در این حوزه اقدام نماید. دادههای مورد نیاز برای این تحقیق بصورت نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس از مشتریان دفاتر خدمات گردشگری و مسافرتی منطقه یک شهر تهران و درقالب پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده است. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی با ماهیت پیمایشی میباشد. همچنین از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart pls به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از آن است که تبلیغات بر پاسخ مصرف کننده تاثیر مثبت و قابل توجهی دارد، همچنین تبلیغات از طریق نقش واسط ارزش برند مبتنی بر مشتری و هر یک از ابعاد آن بر پاسخ مصرف کننده موثر میباشد.
