Abstract

The research is conducted whit the aim of investigated the role of top managers in Green Purchasing Standards of Yazd in the tile industry.ther are few researchs in the field of green purchasing which eximine the effects of top managers whit regard to regulatory requirements, customer pressures andsuppliers opportunities todocument green procurement requirements . After collecting data using interviews and questionnaires to measure variables, structural equation modeling has presented anecdotall results show that environmental collaboration with suppliers and top management commitment has a positive and significant impact on the company's green purchasing.morover, top management commitment effects on green purchasing indirectly, through environmental collaboration with suppliers . finally, top management commitment is the primary incentiv for success of companei's in utilizing green purchasing standards.
