Organizational commitment is one of the attitudes in organizational behavior. This attitude is a situation that an employee believes the organizational goals like owners. Organizational commitment can be studied in three dimensions: ” affective commitment”, “normative commitment” and “continuance commitment”. In this paper, we evaluate the O.C. in Jahad Daneshgahi. And examine the influence of top management behavior, supervisor behavior, job characteristics, justice and on affective, normative and continuance commitment. The results of research shows the high organizational commitment in Jahad Daneshgahi. The effects of above independent factors on all dimensions of organizational commitment were approved.
