بررسی نقش مدیران ارشد در تدوین استانداردهای خرید سبز مدل معادلات ساختاری (مورد مطالعه: صنایع کاشی یزد)

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش مدیران ارشد در تدوین استاندارد‌های خرید سبز در صنایع کاشی استان یزد صورت گرفته است. تحقیقات اندکی، در مورد خرید سبز به بررسی نقش مدیران ارشد نسبت به الزامات قانونی، فشار مشتری و فرصت‌های تأمین کنندگان برای اتخاذ الزامات خرید سبز می‌پردازند. این تحقیق سعی دارد این فاصله تحقیقی را پرکند و اثرات محرک‌های مهم بر اتخاذ خرید سبز در شرکت‌ها را کشف کند. در این تحقیق 80 پرسشنامه درمیان مدیران ارشد (مدیر عامل، مدیر بازرگانی، مدیر تولید) شرکت‌های کاشی یزد توزیع شد. پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه و توزیع پرسشنامه، برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرها، اقدام به ارائه‌ی یک مدل معادلات ساختاری شده است. نتایج تجربی نشان می‌دهد که همکاری محیطی با تأمین‌کنندگان، تعهد مدیریت ارشد بر خرید سبز شرکت‌ها تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. تعهد مدیریت ارشد همچنین به طور غیرمستقیم بر خرید سبز از طریق همکاری محیطی با تأمین‌کنندگان تاثیر می‌گذارد. به طور کلی تعهد مدیریت ارشد محرک اولیه موفقیت شرکت‌ها در اتخاذ استانداردهای خرید سبز است.

The research is conducted whit the aim of investigated the role of top managers in Green Purchasing Standards of Yazd in the tile industry.ther are few researchs in the field of green purchasing which eximine the effects of top managers whit regard to regulatory requirements, customer pressures andsuppliers opportunities todocument green procurement requirements . This research try to fill in the gap of this research lock and discovers the impact of main decision makeing drivers of green purchasing in compny companies.in this research ,120 questionnaire have been sent to top mannagers(CEO, Business Manager, Production Manager) of 30 of Yazd tile companies . After collecting data using interviews and questionnaires to measure variables, structural equation modeling has presented anecdotall results show that environmental collaboration with suppliers and top management commitment has a positive and significant impact on the company's green purchasing.morover, top management commitment effects on green purchasing indirectly, through environmental collaboration with suppliers . finally, top management commitment is the primary incentiv for success of companei's in utilizing green purchasing standards.
