آسیب شناسی شبکه توزیع سوهان در قم

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف آسیب‌شناسی شبکه توزیع صنایع کوچک و متوسط در صنعت سوهان، به دنبال بررسی وضعیت موجود شبکه توزیع صنعت سوهان، پیدا کردن آسیب­های موجود در صنعت و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود شبکه توزیع صنعت سوهان انجام شده است. در این پژوهش با بررسی مبانی نظری شبکه توزیع و با استفاده از تجربیات خبرگان به شناسایی معیارهای آسیب‌شناسی شبکه توزیع پرداخته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تولیدکنندگان، خبرگان و فعالان شبکه توزیع صنعت سوهان در شهر قم می باشند، مجموع افرادی که با آن­ها مصاحبه انجام گرفت برابر 9 نفر و افراد تکمیل کننده پرسشنامه 17 نفر بوده است. با استفاده از روش  FARE اقدام به وزن‌دهی معیارها شد. همچنین به منظور شناسایی آسیب­های موجود در صنعت سوهان از ماتریس اهمیت- عملکرد استفاده شد. یافته­های پژوهش نشان می­دهد که در تحلیل ماتریس اهمیت-  عملکرد از بین 25 شاخص جهت آسیب‌شناسی شبکه توزیع صنعت سوهان، شش شاخص حفظ کیفیت سوهان در فرایند توزیع، برگشت‌پذیری، استفاده از اطلاعات به روز و دقیق در شبکه توزیع، امکان تحویل سوهان در حجم­های کم و در فاصله­های زمانی کوتاه، انعطاف‌پذیری در حمل و نقل و هزینه موجودی در ربع اول ماتریس اهمیت-عملکرد قرار گرفت که آسیب­های موجود در صنعت سوهان در نظر گرفته شد. همچنین با بررسی و تحلیل داده­های حاصل از مصاحبه، با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم، راهکار­هایی جهت بهبود آسیب­های شناسایی شده در شبکه توزیع صنعت سوهان ارائه شد.

چکیده [English]

This study aims to tackle the distribution network of small and medium industries in the sohan industry to investigate the status of the sohan system distribution network, find the existing pathologies in the industry and provide solutions to improve the distribution network. In this research, by reviewing the theoretical bases of the distribution network and using the experts ' experiments, we identified the criteria of distribution network pathology. The statistical population of the study includes manufacturers, experts and activists of Sohan Industry Distribution Network in Qom, the total of the people who interviewed them was 9 people and complete a questionnaire of 17. Using the FARE method, we measured the criteria. In order to identify the damages in the industry, the importance-performance matrix was used. Findings from the research show that in the matrix analysis - the importance of performance among 25 indicators for the distribution of the sohan industry, six indicators of filing quality in the distribution network, the ability to deliver sohan in low volumes, flexibility in transport and inventory cost were considered in the first quarter of the importance - performance matrix which was considered as the damage in the sohan industry. Also by analyzing the data from the interview, using theme analysis method, some solutions have been proposed to improve the damage identified in the sohan distribution network.
