مدل تعاملی روابط زنجیره‌ی تامین در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط صنعت قطعه‌سازی خودرو

چکیده

در این مقاله مدلی ارائه شده است که نحوه­ی تعامل میان مؤلفه­های روابط زنجیره­ی تامین را برای شرکت­های کوچک و متوسط فعال در صنعت قطعه­سازی خودرو کشور بیان می­کند. رویکرد مورد استفاده مدل­سازی ساختاری تفسیری[1] بوده و شیوه گرداوری اطلاعات، مبتنی بر پرسشنامه و روش دلفی بوده است. پس از مطالعه پیشینه تحقیق، 13 عامل مهم در روابط زنجیره­ی تامین شرکت­های مورد مطالعه، شناسایی شده که همگی به تایید خبرگان رسیده اند. سپس،پرسشنامه­ای مبتنی بر رویکرد ISM طراحی و در اختیار10 نفر از خبرگان مدیریت زنجیره­ی تامین قرار گرفته است. پس از رسیدن به اتفاق نظر، این عوامل با رویکرد مورد نظر تجزیه و تحلیل شده و در چهار سطح طبقه­بندی شده­اند. این مقاله، شکاف تحقیقاتی در زمینه­ ارائه­ی مدلی که نحوه­ی تعاملات و سلسله مراتب موجود بین عوامل روابط زنجیره­ی تامین را شناسایی کرده و همچنین اندازه سازمان­های همکاری­ کننده را در نظر گیرد، پر می­سازد. یافته­های حاصل از این پژوهش، می­تواند مبنای بسیار خوبی برای آغاز و حفظ روابط مناسب در زنجیره­ی تامین قطعه­سازی خودرو، برای شرکت­های کوچک و متوسط به شمار رود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this paper is to identify the key supply chain relationships (SCR) factors in Iranian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in automotive parts industry. Further, these factors are structured to determine their interactive behavior. For this reason, an interpretive structural modeling (ISM)-based approach hasbeen employed to model the SCR factors. Also, the Delphi questionnaire method is used for gathering information. The paper identified thirteenSCR factors used by researchers and practitioners. ISM is used to establish mutualrelationships among these factors and to prepare a hierarchy-based model. By presenting SCR factors in the form of hierarchy using ISM and ranking them into various driving power and dependent categories, this paper is an attempt to develop insightsrelated to supply chain relationships in the Iranian SMEs context.
